Express Wellness – Shipping Policy

At Express Wellness, we want your experience to be smooth from the moment you place your order right through to delivery. The information below outlines how our shipping process works, what to expect, and how to prepare for your sauna or ice bath arrival.

 

Order Processing

Once your deposit or order is received, we aim to process all orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).


Current lead times are always displayed on the product page.

 

Australian Shipping Options

We offer flexible delivery solutions across Australia, including:

  • Door-to-door residential delivery
  • Depot pickup
  • Business/commercial delivery (forklift must be available onsite)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All freight costs are charged at the direct courier rate.

 

Shipping and Tracking

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location.
  • When your order leaves our Gold Coast warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Tracking may take 1 to 2 business days to become active.
  • Once delivered, customers are responsible for safely moving the product from the drop-off point into the property.

In-Stock Items (Ready to Dispatch)

Australia-Wide Door-to-Door Delivery

  • Once collected by the freight carrier, you will receive an email and SMS confirming your order is in transit.
  • The carrier will then contact you to confirm a delivery date and will call approximately one hour prior to arrival.
  • If you have questions, simply reply to the freight partner's email and they will assist directly.

 

Gold Coast Depot Collection

  • Pickup location: 1/10 Industrial Avenue, Molendinar QLD 4214
  • 24 hours' notice is required
  • Collection hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm

 

 

 

Out-of-Stock Items / Pre-Orders

  • Estimated dispatch dates are shown on each product page.
  • We will keep you updated during the manufacturing and shipping process.
  • Once your order arrives at our warehouse, the standard delivery steps above will apply.

 

How Your Order Is Delivered

All saunas and ice baths are transported via trusted third-party carriers.
Your order will arrive:

  • Securely packaged
  • On a pallet
  • Delivered with a pallet jack to an accessible, safe area such as your driveway, garage, or front yard

Please note:
The delivery team does not unpack, remove packaging, or move your sauna or ice bath inside your home or backyard.

 

 


Delivery FAQs

What time will my delivery arrive?

Deliveries typically occur between 6:30am and 6:00pm.
You will receive a delivery window and a call before arrival.


What if I am not home?

All deliveries are sent with Authority to Leave.

  • If the driver finds a safe place, your order will be left onsite.
  • If no safe place is available, the freight will return to the depot and a new delivery can be booked (fees apply).
  • Any redelivery or additional freight charges are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my sauna arrives damaged?

Please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
If we are not notified within this window, replacement parts and future freight costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


What if there is a shipping delay?

Occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Peak freight periods
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Unforeseen transport issues

We will update you if we receive notice of any major delay.


My delivery might be lost or damaged during transit. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours.
We will liaise with the carrier to lodge a freight investigation and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.


What if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.
Express Wellness is not responsible for delays or mis-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
