Warranty
During this period, Express Wellness will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defects in the product or workmanship that are determined to be manufacturing faults.
Any disconnection, removal, installation, repair, replacement, or reconnection of services, fixtures, or fittings—including any replacement parts supplied under this warranty—will be the responsibility of the customer, unless Express Wellness determines otherwise in its sole discretion.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to hello@expresswellness.com.au within one (1) year of the delivery date.
Each warranty claim will be assessed by Express Wellness and, where required, may be investigated prior to approval.
This warranty must be read in conjunction with the Express Wellness Terms and Conditions and does not apply where the fault or damage arises from:

Customer actions, misuse, or neglect

Third-party involvement (including trades, installers, or contractors not engaged by Express Wellness)

External factors or conditions beyond Express Wellness’ control
Approval of any warranty claim is at the sole discretion of Express Wellness.
Where a warranty claim is approved within the one-year warranty period, the supply of replacement fixtures or fittings will be the responsibility of Express Wellness. All labour, installation, repair, or replacement costs associated with those replacement items remain the responsibility of the customer, unless Express Wellness elects otherwise in writing.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Exclusion Clauses
The warranty is void if Express Wellness products are placed in environments or conditions not recommended by Express Wellness, including but not limited to saltwater proximity. Pest control is the responsibility of the owner. Proof of pest control is required when making a claim.
Replacements & Repairs
In the event a replacement part/material is sent to the customer or affiliated party by Express Wellness, these parts are to be fitted at the customer’s own expense.
Any repairs or replacements on products completed by the customer or tradesperson are at the customer’s own expense unless agreed by Express Wellness in writing.
